Shipping
Once you’ve adopted some cute chaos from our store, we pack it with care (and maybe a little bit of glitter) and send it on its merry way.
- Processing time: 2–5 business days. That’s our prep time, not including the shipping journey.
- South African Orders: Sent via trusted couriers. You’ll get a tracking number to obsessively refresh—don’t worry, we do it too.
- International Orders: We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on where you are. Customs fees may apply, and unfortunately, we don’t have magical powers over that part.
- Pre-orders: Items listed as pre-orders will ship within 2–5 weeks, depending on the product. The estimated timeframe will be noted on the product page. Good things take time—and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We’d love to accompany every parcel like a tiny mail sprite, but once your order leaves our hands, it’s up to the couriers. That said, if your package seems lost or is taking a suspiciously long detour, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your loot.
- If something’s not quite right, you have 7 days from receiving your order to get in touch for a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Custom or sale items are non-returnable. Those are one-of-a-kind or specially discounted.
- Return shipping is at your expense unless we made a mistake—then we’ll absolutely make it right.
To start a return or report an issue, email us at Alice.wonderland.12@outlook.com with your order number and a short message. Bonus points if it includes dramatic flair or a haiku. Not required, but highly encouraged.
