What’s the current status of pre-orders?

Your Ita Bags are currently in production and slated to ship in mid-December. We’ll share exact shipping dates once production wraps and quality checks are complete.
What does “pre-order” mean?

Pre-ordering reserves your Ita Bag before it's produced—guaranteeing you one once the run is complete.
Are pre-orders limited?

Yes! We’re running a limited production batch. Pre-ordering ensures your spot in line—waiting until after might mean missing out.
Will my entire order (including non-preorder items) ship together?

Absolutely. Both pre-order items and in-stock items ship together once your Ita Bag is ready. If you’d rather split them, just place in-stock items in a separate order.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us within 10 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We'll work with you promptly to make things right.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery times

All orders ship from Cape Town, South Africa. Orders typically take 5 to 10 business days to process and pack before dispatch. This time allows for quality checks, careful packaging, and preparation for shipping.

Orders usually arrive with 2-7 days of dispatch. If there are any problems with tracking or your order hasn't arrived, please contact Alice.designs.12@outlook.com.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How will I know when my order has shipped?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Our Return policy

After your order has shipped, all sales are final—refunds are not available. However, exchanges are possible under the following conditions:

  • The merchandise must be unworn/unused and in its original packaging.
  • Items that have been washed, distressed, or altered in any way are not eligible for exchange.
  • We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels or boxes for returns—you are welcome to use any carrier of your choice.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 10 days of delivery with:

  • Your name and order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement.

Once a return or exchange is approved, you have 10 days to ship the package back to us.

How should I care for apparel?

To keep your apparel looking fresh and vibrant for as long as possible:

  • Wash inside out to protect printed areas from friction and fading.
  • Use a gentle, cold cycle with mild detergent to prevent shrinkage and color loss.
  • Avoid tumble drying—air drying is best to preserve both fabric and print quality.
  • If ironing is needed, never iron directly on the print. Turn the garment inside out or place a thin cloth over the design before ironing.
  • Avoid using bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage prints and fibers over time.
Why does my keychain look scratched?

That’s just the protective film! Simply peel it off to reveal the smooth, glossy surface underneath.
Can I purchase wholesale as a business?

Yes—wholesale orders are available upon request. Please email Alice.designs.12@outlook.com to discuss quantities, pricing, and lead times.
Do you attend conventions and markets?

Who does our product photography?

A lot of our product photography is done in-house, but all our apparel photography is captured by the talented Caleb Bresler. Our lovely models are always tagged on Instagram, so you can see and support them there.
